The best way to consume iodine is by using iodised salt for cooking.

3. Eat codfish rich in iodine

4. Have yogurt in meals

Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt can provide you with sufficient amount of iodine.

5. Use diluted iodine to strengthen hair follicles

Take 2-3 teaspoons of iodine. Add 1 tablespoon of water in it. Mix it well. Apply on the scalp with fingertips and gently massage for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm or cold water after 15 to 20 minutes. Then apply a conditioner.

1. Sesame seeds

Sesame seeds are primarily rich in iodine, which helps to grow hair and balance thyroid hormones. Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins B1 and B6 are also abundant in these seeds, and they are excellent for the health of your hair and scalp.

2. Oysters and shrimp

They are excellent providers of zinc and iodine. The highest iodine content is seen in oysters.
